This week, Gabby and I worked with the team in the Outdoor Stream Lab here at Saint Anthony Falls Laboratory. We tagged mussels and placed them in the stream, and took data all week in order to understand how the mussels move and behave in low-flow conditions. It was awesome being able to help collect data in such a unique lab environment, and I’m really excited to work on the project for the rest of the summer!
