Dots on the prairie

Janene took us to the National Bison Range last Friday. As reward for leaving at dawn, we found some pretty cool critters. In addition to bison, the range is home to elk, mule and whitetail deer, pronghorn, and a couple dead snakes.

We also found some wilted bitterroot flowers on the bitterroot trail.
